While Sydney Metro delivers the infrastructure and new stations, Landcom will deliver the communities surrounding each station. During the reporting period, the Tallawong South Precinct Site 1 settled with a third-party developer, while Site 2 remains under exchange with the same developer and the Epping Invitation to Tender was released to market. Hills Showground exchanged a sales contract for the Doran Drive site in FY20 and is due to settle in the coming reporting year.
